AU Pilates & Fitness offers private sessions and group fitness classes that use Pilates principles as its foundation. Through our workouts we aim to teach clients how to use their core to move their bodies more efficiently. Every class will be designed to strengthen and stretch various muscle groups to create healthier movement patterns.
