This 60 minute group class will use Pilates as its core, adding a few small props and calling on some other practices like barre and strength training to amp it up a bit.
All levels welcome.
Mat Pilates & TRX
This 60 minute group class combines Mat Pilates & TRX exercises for a great all around workout. This is a great way to add cardio and more intensity to your strength training from the comfort of your own home.
You must have your own TRX straps for this class.
All levels welcome but some prior TRX experience necessary.
This class will cover the basics of Pilates including how to engage your core and move your body more efficiently. We will work on strengthening the small muscle groups that stabilize the body, while stretching large overworked muscle groups to help create healthier movement patterns.
All levels welcome.
Private Studio Session
A private 60-minute session entirely tailored to your personal goals and abilities. Together we will discuss your objectives and concerns to prescribe the most personalized plan to help you achieve success.
Private Prenatal/Postnatal Studio Session
A private 60-minute session tailored to your ability, where you are in your pregnancy and your comfort level. Prenatal sessions are personalized to provide you a comfortable workout while keeping you safe. Postnatal sessions are customized based on the type of delivery you had and where you are in your recovery. Should you have diastasis, your session can help work toward closing your separation and teach modifications to exercise safely outside the studio.
Private TPI Evaluation & Sessions
A full TPI movement evaluation to develop a custom program focused on improving your strength and mobility directly related to golf fitness. Private sessions will be tailored to address your areas of weakness and establish a workout plan that will evolve with you and your golf game.
Barre is best described as a fusion of Pilates, yoga, strength training and ballet.
This class is a fast moving, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that is designed to tone your entire body. This class will utilize Barre technique to build strength, promote flexibility, improve posture and balance through purposeful, controlled movements.
Private Virtual Equipment Session
This 60 minute private virtual session is taught from the comfort of your own Pilates equipment and tailored to your goals and ability. Together we will discuss your objectives and concerns to prescribe the most personalized plan to help you achieve success.
You must have your own reformer, tower or Wunda Chair.
This 60 or 30 minute private virtual session is tailored to your personal desires. I can incorporate Mat Pilates, TRX, Barre and Strength Training to target your individual goals.
This is a great way to to get a personal workout from that is tailored to your areas of focus and your schedule from the comfort of your own home.
